Mid-term report

I believe I should be getting a G in this class as I always show up try to give 100% effort at all times.Unfortunately this year I have had a few injuries that caused me to perform to my best. I try to keep up on blogging but sometimes life gets in the way such as my own sports hockey and fast pitch as well as my two jobs umpiring and reffing.

Balance board 10 touches in 30 secs
Vertical reach 240 
Jump 285
Length between 45
T-test 11.64 
All obove after three back to back umpiring games in which inflicted with my performance as I had sore quads.

Today in PE we had a mini choice with another class it was great the choices were volleyball and basketball I played volleyball with my buddies it was great.

Today I helped my peers in dodgeball by throwing lighter at the ones who were not as good and shared balls that I picked up with my team.
