Speed workout in weight room today


Today's workout will be my first time tryin it as my goal is to increase my speed and agility for fast pitch and hockey so I can sprint faster for longer periods of time

We are doing test ing in pe today I'm not feeling a 100% throat hurts a bit but I feel I will do ok.
